Full replacement with ridge vent upgrade. Old box vents removed. Dorchester home.

Step flashing repair at chimney wall. Previous install was continuous L-metal. Replaced with proper step.

Wind damage repair on south slope. 12 shingles replaced, ridge cap re-secured.

New Roof Installation

Room addition with new roof tie-in to existing structure. Seamless transition.

Standing seam in charcoal. 24-gauge Galvalume with Kynar finish. Dorchester residential.

Owens Corning Duration in Estate Gray. Complete tear-off and replacement.
